IDAHO PRESS — This afternoon’s House Business Committee hearing on HB 515, eastern Idaho businessman Frank VanderSloot’s bill to restrict medical debt collectors in Idaho, ran for more than five hours and into the evening, before the bill finally was approved with just two “no” votes.
